Circulating Book PlanThe Circulating Book Plan is a way to get a whole lotta science-fiction and fantasy books into the hands of SFWA members without them having to spend more than postage.See, we've got ten groups scattered across the country. The publishers send one copy of their new SF and fantasy books to the first person in line for each of these groups. The first person in line looks over the books, reads whichever ones look interesting, then recommends the good ones to the Nebula® list. This first person then boxes the books up and sends them on to the second person: this is where the postage costs come in. The books pass on and on till the last person in line gets done, then that last person sends them on to one of our Repository Libraries: we've got ten of 'em, each with its own SFWA Collection. If you wanna come on board and take a look at a fair percentage of the SF and fantasy being published these days, there oughtta be a way you can drop me an e-mail around here somewhere. Please feel free to do so. (SFWA members only, please.) Mike Payne, Head Co-ordinator
