		<description><![CDATA[As for electronic tools, I&#039;ve found Microsoft&#039;s OneNote to be fantastic as a writing tool. I can create sections for plot outlines, characters, background, whatever I need. Then within each section, I can have a page for each character, or element of the world, or whatnot. You can drop in graphics, hyperlink pages together, or cut and paste sections of your manuscript in as-needed. And its really easy to use!]]></description>
