Great post! I've only been scammed one time, but once was enough for me. I now require full payment in advance. I also charge a discounted rate for customized samples, which must also be paid in advance. Sure, I've probably lost a few potential clients because of this, but I don't mind since I've also been able to collect clients who pay well, in advance and without issue.

Your advice on a two revision maximum before an additional fee is charged is great and one that I plan to use in the future. Thanks!
