Glad we had the opportunity to exchange views offline. Your company offers a curating service for businesses. Our post is directed to individual authors who choose to submit content for aggregation and are asked to grant the array of rights contained in the “Content” provision in your Terms of Use.

Sheila and Gerald,

With respect to Curata, you have inaccurately quoted our terms. The terms you are quoting from are the "Terms of Use" for our corporate website, and not the "Terms of Service" for our product offering.

The only "Content" that website visitors can provide to us through our corporate website is contact information which is protected under our separate privacy policy.

Your analysis that this clause is used to exploit authors' works are therefore inaccurate.
