I come from a culture (Scottish) in which changelings are old lore and sometimes seen as a gift, in which the changeling brought luck and happiness to the family. I love reading how old myths, lore, Sidhe tales and the like reflect reality or explain it to people who didn’t always have the dubious benefit of scientific terminology. Sometimes, I’d prefer to believe Thor stalks the skies. :-)
