*************************************************** Kathleen M. Massie-Ferch ( -2002) *************************************************** SFWAn Kathleen M. Massie-Ferch died of cancer July 15 at a hospice in Madison, Wisconsin. She was been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in May of 1999. A research geologist at the University of Wisconsin, Kathleen wrote numerous short stories and coedited the anthologies Ancient Enchantresses and Warrior Enchantresses.
