Two kinds of membership may be purchased: With the banquet (if still available) and without the banquet. Both kinds of membership include admission to all the panels and parties and to the awards ceremony, which takes place following the banquet. As of 7 May, online registration for the banquet is closed.
Non-banquet memberships will be available at the door.
College and high-school students are eligible for a discount on memberships that do not include the banquet. Students must show a valid ID at registration to receive the discount.
We expect banquet places will be sold out before the event. In the unlikely event that banquet places are still available, they will be on sale at the door for $150.
Tours require an additional fee. "Agent speed dating" sign-up is closed.
You do not have to be a member of SFWA to attend the Nebula Awards Weekend. Only the SFWA business meeting on Saturday afternoon is restricted to members.
Tables at the banquet seat 10.
The banquet will be a chicken dinner.
If you have dietary requirements (vegetarian, kosher, etc.) please let our hotel liaison, Ben Yalow, know about them and we will try to accommodate you.
