The schedule for Advertising is as follows:
- August-September: Available at Worldcon in August: Ad copy must be received by July 1
- October-November: Worldcon report, with photos and Hugo winners, arrives in mid-October: Ad copy must be received by September 1
- December-January: Christmas Issue, arrives in early December: Ad copy must be received by November 1
- February-March: Nebula Recommendations report, ships in early February: Ad copy must be received by January 1
- April-May: Nebula Awards Issue. Available at the Banquet, usually held in late April, and ships to subscribers that week: Ad copy must be received by March 15
- June-July: Summer workshops and conventions, ships to subscribers in early June: Ad copy must be received by May 1
