Who should I contact if I am a subscriber and my Bulletin is late?
The print version of the SFWA Bulletin is a bimonthly publication that ships 6 times a year and ought to arrive in your mailbox on the following schedule:
- August-September: Available at Worldcon in August
- October-November: Worldcon report, with photos and Hugo winners, arrives in mid-October
- December-January: Christmas Issue, arrives in early December
- February-March: Nebula Recommendations report, ships in early February
- April-May: Nebula Awards Issue. Available at the Banquet, usually held in late April, and ships to subscribers that week.
- June-July: Summer workshops and conventions, ships to subscribers in early June
Due to the vagaries of publishing and distribution, however, the schedule occasionally slips. If your copy is late, you can email the SFWA Bulletin's Business Manager, Jean Rabe.

Editor: Mark Kreighbaum
Mark Kreighbaum is the author of two science fiction novels (PALACE, co-written with Katharine Kerr and THE EYES OF GOD). He has also published over a dozen short stories, reviews, essays, and poems. He has worked in publishing for over twenty years as a supervising editor and a technical writer.
Production Manager: John Teehan
John Teehan lives and writes in Providence, Rhode Island. He has appeared in Men Writing SF as Women (DAW, 2003) and Low Port (Meisha Merlin, 2003). "The Literary Roots of Fantasy" appears in The Complete Guide to Writing Fantasy (Twilight Times, 2002). He also publishes the fanzine Sleight of Hand. Visit his webpage.
Advertising Manager: Sandra Morrese
In addition to running a custom screen print business, Sandra is a SFWA member with a variety of sales to DAW anthologies and Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine. She previously served as the Bulletin Ad Director from 1997-2002.
Business Manager: Jean Rabe
Jean Rabe has more than two dozen novels and more than four dozen short stories to her credit. Though she primarily writes fantasy, she's dabbled in science fiction, mysteries, military fiction, and true-crime.
Proofreader: Peggy Rae Sapienza
Peggy Rae Sapienza, a second generation science fiction fan, has been reading science fiction for more than fifty years. She chaired the 57th World Science Fiction Convention, Bucconeer, in Baltimore in 1998 and was the North American Agent for the 67th Worldcon, Nippon 2007, in Yokohama, Japan. Her father, Jack McKnight, machined the first Hugo Awards in 1953.
