How can I participate in the Contact an Author Program?
What is the “Contact an Author” program?
The Contact an Author program provides an easy way for fans to contact their favorite authors. It also provides SFWA members a way to connect with their readers without having their email address hanging out in the ether.
How does it work?
Use the participant form to let us know that you’d like to be a part of the Contact an Author program and we’ll add you. Please allow up to a week for our volunteers to add you to the list.
Once that happens, you’ll be able to receive email from fans, editors and event coordinators. At no point will they see your email address unless you choose to reply.
What happens if I want to stop participating?
Just use the same form to tell us and we’ll take you off the list.
