*************************************************** Tucker & Wilhelm to be inducted in Hall Fame *************************************************** The Board of Directors of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame announced the 2003 inductees today at ConQuesT 34 in Kansas City. The inductees will be Wilson Tucker and Kate Wilhelm. Posthumous inductees will be Damon Knight and Edgar Rice Burroughs. The Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame was founded in 1996 by the J. Wayne and Elsie M. Gunn Center for the Study of Science Fiction (at the University of Kansas) and the Kansas City Science Fiction and Fantasy Society. The induction will take place at the University of Kansas on July 11th, as part of the same ceremony as the awarding of the John W. Campbell and Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Awards. The cost of attending the Campbell Conference is $20 and the awards dinner will be $18. It is not necessary to attend both events.
