Actor and television producer, Lew Gallo, passed away in Los Angeles on June 11 of complications from an aortic aneurysm.

Mr. Gallo's science fiction roles included "Lost in Space," "The Twilight Zone," "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea," and the television movie "Aliens From Another Planet." Other roles included Maj. Joseph Cobb in the series "Twelve O'Clock High," and appearances in such series as "Gunsmoke" and "Combat."

Mr. Gallo was 71.
