We have just learned that the Westin Hotel has an extremely limited number of smoking rooms. If this is something you need, please make your reservations right away. And if the hotel says they don't have any more, please get in touch with me directly, as I may be able to have the Sales Manager find one -- he already has converted a non-smoking handicapped accessible room into a smoking room for a member who needed it.

Additionally, I want to remind everyone that the Westin is only holding our block of rooms until 5pm PST March 17, 2004. After that time, they do not guarantee our special rate of $155 per night, or even having a room for you at all. They are having a large group in the hotel the same weekend as us, so it would be wise to reserve in a timely way.
