Edward M. Lerner: Countdown to Armageddon

Science-fiction and techno-thriller author Edward M. Lerner is pleased to announce the upcoming seven-part serialization of his time-travel adventure, Countdown to Armageddon. The saga's pivotal event is the Battle of Tours (732 A.D.), the high-water mark of Islamic incursion into Western Europe. Installments will run every two months beginning October 1, 2007, in Jim Baen's Universe.

Lerner's books are the near-future techno-thriller Probe, the first-contact novel Moonstruck, and the cyber-themed collection Creative Destruction. His previous serials have appeared in Analog Science Fiction and Fact.
