Onboarding Materials for Volunteers and Event Attendees
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at SFWA or attending a SFWA event where there is a possibility of your likeness/voice being recorded. All SFWA members sign a basic recordings waiver so that we can promote our events and celebrate them after the fact on our websites and in our social media. If you are not a SFWA Member, we ask that you submit the following waiver ahead of your participation in SFWA activities. We do not use your materials for anything beyond these promotional and educational purposes. Thank you so much for being with us! We hope the experience aids in your own creative journey.
