Panelist Sign-Up & Related Professional Interests

If you’ve signed up for Quasar, SFWA’s fall online Nebulas event running from November 15-16, we are thrilled to learn more about how we can support you with panel appearances, Office Hours for professional development, and greater uplift for your audio-based SFF projects.

Please fill this form out before 11:59 PM PDT on Saturday, September 20 for consideration in our panel development process. We also need your feedback about Office Hours so that we can secure the right experts for our attendees’ needs!

Note: There is a field for you to submit a full panel proposal, but we are also happy to try to match you to an existing panel in development. It all depends on remaining capacity and best fit!

We will reach out to all applicants when decisions are made about all our panels and workshops. Even if we cannot provide space for you in this conference, we may ask your permission to keep your contact on file for panel participation in other SFWA events in the coming year.
