First of all, congratulations on making the sale!
To upgrade your membership, we’ll need you to complete the following:
1.) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Qualifying Market Name
- Payment Amount
- Title of Work
- Date of Sale
- Date of Publication
2.) We’ll also need you attach a copy of your qualifying contract or the table of contents or title page with your name displayed. These can be sent as .pdf, .jpg, or .doc.
